I still have abs (cloudy- but they are visible) and I enjoy my beers :notsure:

But, 85/90% of the week I follow a well regimented diet (when I'm not traveling)

Im 190 at 5'7" on a good day.

Spicy, if these will physically fit you'll be good to go...maybe these are the special ones coming your way. I would keep a spare one separate from your regular recovery stuff so you always have one.

After your shackle question, I had to go back and check my 5/8" ones and see if they were the heavy duty ones... they are.

So if anyone else is looking for a high rated 5/8" shackle...

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005ZCR4QQ

IMO, Its a good idea to have some of these, since they will likely fit more applications. I had to use one of these on the front recovery point of the Taco on Switzerland the other night. I dont think a 3/4" would've fit.

Since you quoted me and talked about how his friends make excuses for him. Then added a mic drop. I have one question. Are you seriously trying to direct this toward me? I just want to make sure that I understand what your really trying to do.

Umm no. Like I said, I dont have any issues with any of the friends who stand up for him. Without you guys... there would be zero interest from anyone giving his company a chance, since you are the only positives I've ever seen.

I quoted you because your post had all the spicy details of what happened.

I said friends, because not only you, but others often have to answer for him when he suddenly stops responding to all attempts at communication with his customers.

i can drink a 750ml of whiskey over the course of a night and not have a hangover to call home about. well, whiskey quality depending. do i do that often? no, not really. but i have 2-6 beers and a couple drams of whiskey on any given weeknight.

    I'd call it practice.

    Nice, Sean!

I'm trying to get back to 400 and beyond. I was there a few years ago and I'm having a helluva time getting back.
