I know I already responded, but I've only met you twice now I think, but you seem like a cool ass mofo.

And that was before you became a legend by hucking a truck 4,000 times further than I thought was possible. :drunk:

325 or so with decent depth. Prior to knee surgery (9/2014) I was at 315 that needed more depth...took some time off of training any real leg work before and after surgery..started back with 135 in 2015'ish.

Smiths have their purpose- dont be fooled. I can make you hurl using one.

I was at 465 prior to knee surgery but thats with straps...405/415 or so I can pull without straps (just chalk)

Bench: flat Db's (video is on here somewhere) 150's for reps. Did 170's for a real messy 4
    Bar: 385 for 4
Incline BB: 315 last time I tried

Hahahahahahaha. I always knew you were a piece of work. Public bashing of someone you don't know or have done business with really puts you at a new level. Thanks for your opinion.

I remember the days when I was 190...

Pain in the ass keeping up with that with my tapeworm metabolism. 4-5,000 calories a day.

I'd like to get back to 175'ish, but I remember how much time it takes, and how expensive good food is, when you are essentially shopping for three!

    Guys- stop.
I respect both sides here. Corey did a kick ass job on my lightbar install. Have there been service complaints? yes. Has he helped many guys here? yes.
If you do not like the service, just go elsewhere.

Just curious, but if you did the bmi test does it say you are over weight? We had that all through middle school and high school and even when i was in wrestling i was still "over weight" by that scale.

    Thanks... sounds pretty mature.

Sorry that I dont like seeing others get taken advantage of. The rest of the "story" was posted on a public forum. And if I recall correctly..

All posts about the company are for poor customer service, bad quality, and him calling people liars...

    Thats, nothing spicy,
I think the highest my deadslifts where when i was playing college football was around 6-700lb. heck i could bench press 360lb was my best max.

Not my goal anymore have done plenty of Olympic lifting and crossfit. Now just doing basic lifts to maintain and cardio. Woth more focus on nutrition.

Maybe when i drop this weight ill do more.
