    I used to have a 6pack and not really do much to earn it...now that Im getting older I still work out hard and often, but flipping just a few beers here and there keep me soft nowadays. Im 6'2 190 so I'm built sorta lanky...but I loose steam quicker and quicker every year. Weird question but recommend any supplements? I'm not trying to get buff, but more of not get all mushy. i got about 30-40 minutes I can dedicate to working out a day..

    Diet will always be key. Supplements are to supplement ur diet. Honestly, I use creatine on the days I train (4x a week) and a pre-workout. aminos (can be used as a bolus between meals..thats their purpose, but I like them intra training if I'm not drinking my carbs intra during a lean gain phase)
    Too many guys spend shit tons on supps and spin their wheels expecting it to work like magic. You have to do the work.

    155 was my lowest when I first went at it. My stage weight was 160's, IIRC.

    I know it is tough to consume that many decent cals. I think my max was 4200 or so. Add some oils (avocado oil, peanut oil, coconut oil) that will easily up your fat intake and cals.

    You guys may think I'm big, but I dont. I train at a gym where I look like a 12 year old compared to most in there.
    On a side note, I've been asked to be a bodyguard for enough people... @Ice Horse can testify to that lol.

    I train like I do to save someones life if needed, and to make some dip shit think a second time if they are even thinking of screwing with my wife or kids.
