    yeah. I like the work part. I actually like physical pain and going farther than I think I can..I was sticking to lean meat, and lots of greens and was just always hungry and miserable...my marine buddy who is a total badass said drink a protein shake immediately after working out, but I can't do a routine and maybe that kills me. I don't eat at regular times because work, kids, life stuff. I feel I work hard, but constantly ruin it. Bad cycle i guess, trying to get somewhere but i live in two worlds. Guys sit around and drink at work all day long, and i skip 90% of beers with em. But its everyday...so I probably take in 500 calories or more just having a beer or two during down times..
