    I have two kids, demanding career that requires traveling, volunteer for a local PD, attend #BBR events, etc...there's always a way. My wife is a queen. She literally weighs all of my meats, preps them, cooks them, and then store them in the freezer for me. The day before I take them out for the day.

    When I travel I try to make clean choices when I can.

    I am also at 1 dirty cheat meal a week, and two cleaner cheats a week. When I was literally traveling M-F for 6 weeks, I dropped 20lbs in six weeks and looked skinny lol. I was only eating 2-3x a day..had my larger meal at night..I still do that when I travel - like tonight. I ordered steak, shrimp, sweet potato, and a salad.

    I have a conference the next two days and I know I wont be able to eat as much and Ill have a couple of drinks with the boss after...then I'm on vacation...life is all about balancing. Don't let it run your life.
