    I keep the uke in its box and have one of those sponge things. I used to keep it in the bathroom so it'd humidify but don't have anywhere to sit it.

    Basically what i been doing! Been seeing a nutritionist/trainer as part of the gym i joined. They focus on physical, nutriton, Emotional. My fitnesspal is the app i been using for the last two months to keep track.

    Trainers at a commercial gym are a joke. IMO. Mine is out of state...been under his care for 3 years or so now.

    Commercial gyms = $
    Go to armbrust one time and train with one of their trainers. You'll get your money's worth and then some.

    I agree, mines more of a small gym has everything i need. I am more seeing a nutritionist. Understanding how to balance out what i eat and rewire my brain.
