Ha, so then how do you determine if you wouldn't want one?

I know from experience how I hate Glocks. Awful ergonomics and a crap trigger...Glock fanboys always seem to like them just because "they like guns" and everyone else thinks everyone else likes Glocks

I wouldn't exclude them entirely, no. Just don't know anything about them.

I can say from my experience the m&p trigger is worse for me. I hate the hinged trigger.

I don't like glocks just because other people like them. I like them because they work. They are so modular and customizable its ridiculous. Also, i want something that i can run a lot of rounds through and change as i build my skill set. Because no one likes a stock glock.

    Found the springfield fanboy :p

I like my G19 and G43 because they work very well for me. I like the ergonomics and the trigger is fine. I like the FN 5.7 better but thats just not realistic for what I need. My glocks fit perfectly for ME. Doesn't mean everybody else has to like them.

My G19 is hands down my favorite pistol I have ever owned.

I rented an Xds once and it kept stove piping, turned me away from them period. It was probably because it was a rental gun that had never been cleaned before but still enough to turn me away from them. I was more accurate with the glock that day anyway. Thats the most important thing, pick whatever (in your price range) you shoot the best.

I'd love to have a 43 as well. Right now my biggest dilemma is that i can't decide gen3 or gen 4 for my g19 purchase. I want to go to a shop that has both and handle both.

I've had the same experience with an XD40 before so i'm not surprised there.

I'd love to pick up a set of 17s for this thing. I'd also like to get the 39mm fcr and a set of stage 1 or E model cams
