    Hey buddy, thank you. A little different than@Blackout14 said above (changed the design) ,there is a half inch hole drilled in the plate so you can run a small cable lock through the mount to the Hi lift jack. The hardware that I use for the mounts is home made not store bought. I make it because it wanted it a little thicker for the bedrail track. You have to take the torx screws out to slide them by which is a tiny bit annoying but there is a purpose. Once you put the torx screws back in after getting the mounts in place, it's hard to slide out the hardware which is a bit of a theft deterrent in itself. Not many people are walking around with a 9/16" wrench on them for the bolts so you should be okay.
