    What bulbs did you get? I got a set from superbrightLEDs but honestly I'm not all that impressed...

    On another note, I got a set of redline hood struts!
    Was all ready to install them... and realized I don't have a rivet gun :facepalm:

    Mod prep FAIL.

    I guess I'll see what Harbor Freight has or if someone I know has one I can borrow. Are they good for a lot of stuff or is it dumb to get one just to put the struts in?

    If you have never owned or needed a rivet gun before I would try and borrow one from a friend. Its a tool that doesn't get used alot but really handy when and if you ever need it again. They are not really expensive but you will probably not use it alot either.

    Anyone here savvy with electrical work? I am wanting to do the yellow wire mod. But I want to run it to a switch. The yellow wire I need to cut is tiny. Thinner than a 22 awg. Can I connect a 22 awg wire in between the wire that is smaller? It makes sense to me... the tiny wires won't be pushing current to blow the 22awg anyway...

    Not super familiar with the wiring of that particular mod but yes splicing in 22 gauge wire to thinner factory wire won't cause any problems. I would solder something that thin unless you have small enough crimp butt connectors.
