    When they make me king, I'll have a few changes for the NCAA. First and foremost, Freshman will NOT play varsity ball. Scholarships are for 4 years. A player does the "one and done" thing, that scholarship is on the shelf until that player SHOULD have graduated. Academic standards will be enforced to a national standard, NOT the school or the conference. Same for everyone.
