Norcal Spotted and BS Thread

Yup. My workout has been in the shitter the last few years. Used to run 3 miles several times a weeks and get to the gym pretty regularly. Boy is hitting 18 months now and I gave up on the gym near home that I wasn't getting to and re-joined the one across the street from work so I can go at lunch time, when hardly anyone is there. Been working through some nasty shoulder and neck pain the last few weeks. I'm all jacked up from tons of stress and crazy project for last few years and dying mom and aunt, and dealing with the toddler and lack of sleep since August 15, 2015.

doesnt help that you're tall like myself. Everything hurts getting out of bed. Especially in the winter. Installing for the short time i did really fucked me up so im glad i started using my brain instead of my body and went into the office life.

 

Tall has nothing to do with it. I'm short and I hurt all over.

 

why do I have to work OT this week. I would be taking some sick time and getting a day after this storm. But Im not going to go on a holiday weekend, so I will have to wait on boarding.

 

there predicting up to 10' by thru. at ski resorts 5-7 at your house Jason. I'm glad I don't live in that. plowing out the driveway and sidewalks sucks. although I'm starting to worry about flooding here.

 

from what im reading it sounds like most were closed due to avalanche warnings because so much snow in such a short time.

 

Damn all you old timers lol. I'm only 26 but I'm already having all the aches and pains you guys are lol. Hopefully the VA counts them as Service Related

 

That will be clear up by fri. its a holiday weekend= big money.

 

What do you think our chances of making it to and from South lake this weekend are?

Unless you got them documented prior to your end of service, the VA gives zero fucks about you.

Some of my favorite days at Sugar Bowl involved almost being blown off the top of Mt. Disney. Hell, just getting of the lift was an athletic endeavor.
