I've been running wheel spacers for nearly 6 months now.

Zero issues, they have not budged.

So let me make sure I am understanding you correctly...

You're upset because the shop could not fit the 35"s on your truck, so you're stuck with the 295"s, which by the way are approximately .77" bigger in diameter than 35"s.

I understand that you want the look of having 35"s, but you do not want spacers. So you consider LT.

And all of this is just to mount tires that are .77"s larger than your current tires?

No, the truck is going in for more stuff. One of the main things (beyond stance) is that I want a little more height. I was thinking about a small BL, but through my research (and shop) it looks like those r not a good idea. True 35's would give me a tad more height too. I liked the LT idea because it would lessen my CV angle making it a better set up to get more height out of my adjustable shocks.

Just end all this nonsense! All you want is more lift and wider stance, FOR LOOKS. Get spacers and a body lift, it's cheap and will get you the look you want, plenty of people run them just fine. All the boys will love it! All the talk of long travel and solid axle swaps are a long cry and cost from a bracket lift.

A drop bracket doesn't really change CV angle, cause all it does is move the drivetrain away from the truck. Also, taller tires won't change it. A body lift obviously won't change it either. LT ans SAS is for serious off roading, not a street driver.

Honestly, I wouldn't talk to anybody.

The tall, stanced truck scene is balls deep on Instagram and here it's mostly despised and not wanted. I assume you are aware of this and maybe even have a couple trucks that you've taken inspiration from? If not, I would look on Instagram and see if someone has what you want to have, then message them for what they're using to get it. Then replicate it. I can only think of one guy with a similar set of mods on here and he isn't active.

This whole thread is like getting to the end of the rainbow and finding a pot of burnt dog shit. Forget 90% of everything posted so far.

If it's just for look and some mild trails, you will have no issues with Spacers.

I believe that is your best option!

You have put a good amount of $$ already into the truck so keep it simple.

Have you done any research as to what is involved with maintenance for long travel? Or do you just plan on paying someone else to do that?

Def knew this about TTW, but was hoping that some members would have helpful advice. Which they have! I can ignore all the others who have to have a problem with other people's trucks.

Look if you already have a 6" lift you should be able to put 35's on it with minor trimming just get some wheel spacers or some wheels with more offset. If you want wider stance and don't want to go that rout then talk to the guy that posted above @allpro . I've been running wheel spacers and 35's for a while now with no problems and I only have a 3" lift.
