I should be able to draw those up for you guys. I'd need to see a pic of the avalanche logo before I can promise anything though.

I'd like to see that "LR" emblem mounted :)

It came out great. I removed the protective paint and any little material imperfections with a course flap disc on my angle grinder. I like the rough look on the metal, thus the 60 grit. I sprayed the thing front and back with matte finish clear and it looks badass. Can't wait to get it on the truck!

Prices sound very reasonable. I sent you Dolphins pic. For those prices listed, what type of metal (CRS, HRS, SS, Paint-lock/galvineer) and gauge do you use.

I use remnants of 1/4" carbon plate to cut the blank then I hand grind the edges down to give the rounded look. They will need to be coated in something otherwise they will begin to rust. Seems like a good can of rustoleum and clear coat works nicely

    This is so sweet!

I want, "MOVE" spelt backwards so that people can see it in their rear view mirrors. Haha. JK.

I'm waiting for the group buy.

Already have one drawn up.. I can do it this way or as a standalone with no oval. And yes, I've done a few for grill crafts. There are a couple of pictures earlier in the thread.

Miller - sent you a PM about an idea I had.

How about a thin back plate to go behind the emblem and between the grill? This would make the emblem stand out more and hide the plastic grill that you see behind the emblem in this photo. Let me know what you think.

I changed what I was ordering because of what you could see behind it. I ordered one that covers most of that area up. I think having something behind it would help with some other designs that would allow for a lot of the space behind it to be seen.

I previously made 2 designs for my truck out of solid aluminum, but they take to long to mass-produce and would be too expensive. I really like what MetalMiller has been producing with all the different designs.

He does an awesome job no doubt about it. Gorilla it looks like you have the stock grill under the mesh, does it show up easy when looking at it mounted? It looks sweet

gorilla look at post #248, I use a piece of plastic to cover everything up and I think it looks good, you can be the judge on what you think.
