Balancing beads...interesting. I learned something new and makes sense. I wonder if this will kill the TPMS sensor because of all the bouncing.

I wondered the same but the FAQ page on the website of that company that makes them says they are safe to use with TPMS, you just can't install them through the valve stem like you would on tires without TPMS (you have take dismount the tire from the wheel).

I had them on a recent tire swap. I tried to like them but for me they were inconsistent. Sometimes felt balanced then at times I'd get the shakes. Going back to wheel weights this week. Some guys love them just my opinion

Interesting. The guys I work with that use them in the tires of their motorcycle seem to rave about them, but reviews for cars and trucks seems to be hit or miss. I've had no luck with local shops balancing with stick-on weights, so we'll see.

I've read in a few forums it's usually the guys where shops can't get them to balance that love them. I would only use them in daily driver if they won't balance and on top of normal weights. I would be hesitant to use just the dyna beads even though that is all I used in my bikes.

Just rained and only a single drop of water under one of the rails. Didn't look like anything got in near the cab or tailgate. Super happy with this cover! Doesn't leak (so far), sits almost flush (1/2" above rails), and pretty seamless to operate. Was a little bit of a pain to install with subpar instructions.

Looks like someone beat me to it. They turned out almost exactly the same.

That is what my shop did, they said they were going to have to use a lot of weights to balance my 265/75R16 KO2's so they used the dynabeads. My guess is they may work better on a larger tire like a 33"

How deep was the snow? Last year I had mine in 6 inches, and it did great. Haven't had any deeper snow since then.

I have 275/70/17 and they had no problems with balancing with regular weights. Doesn't mean there can't be some that are harder than others.

that is beyond the level of time i can invest in this. the previous edit was just covering stuff with black boxes and a paintbrush. from looking at that image, it's not as simple as just filling in the logo. i see lots of grainyness in it.
