I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
There is no one at the shop that processes shipping labels. That's why it states right in the cart right now that noting is leaving the shop if ordered until after the 12th.

It's does take time and we can't just print labels to ship them out with a regular .49c stamp so they would have to be hand written. To do that for hundreds of people would take too long going back and fourth with the customers as they contacted us. I'm giving them to anyone that wants them that ordered before we started supplying them. To streamline the process all you need to do is self address an envelope no need to put our address on it and send it to us and we load it up and send it right back. That way I'm not answering emails all day for people wanting them as the envelopes come in we just send them out the next day.

So you are either a small shop with no one who can drop some grommets in an envelope or you have hundreds of people asking for these. Which is it?

FWIW, I only thought it was not great for the guy who got shorted on a shipment. He's waited a long time for this grill, sending a self addressed envelope and waiting for it to return could delay by another week or so installing something he most likely waited 12+ weeks already.

We are a small shop just like every vendor on this site. There is no one there to mail anything out is i precess all shipping in or out of the shop. We are running a skeleton crew until the 12th as we are a family company and someone in our family got married yesterday so we're in Maui for that event. I could be just ignoring all these posts until I return but I'm taking the time out of my day/vacation to answer questions and emails when customers have them.

We busted our ass working 15 hours a day the last two weeks in December taking only Christmas day off to get the 80 grilles shipped out that we did planing for this partal shop closure. If I were there he would of had replacement grommets in the mail the same day or next day after I heard about the mix up. But there is noting I can do here until I return on Thursday.

The shop is pretty much close at the moment other then fabrication.

Hey Jlee do you by chance have one of these 4 blems left? I'll be more than happy to take one off your hands if so. I know its probably a shot in the dark, but I haven't seen any post about them all being allocated. Thank you ahead of time.

I just used black RTV and gooped up every screw hole and screwed them back in. looks like crap up close but from a distance you wouldn't notice :)

this was before they even offered the grommets.

@JLee I have a recessed grill yet to be installed - I want to get the rubber grommets for it before I do. What exactly am I looking for at my local tatoo shop? What are those grommets traditionally used for? just want to make sure I ask for the correct thing/size

    Thanks,

I haven't had a chance to work up pricing so it's not available just yet.

    They are needle bar grommets.

    Thanks
