Haha can't really stock up cuz flower goes south in a couple months even if kept in right places and air tight containers. When you get your card you have to have it for at least a year. When they do the background check it will come up in that. I need to just get rid of it now that it is legal in cali and focus on my guns

 

guns are one step away from being illegal in this state , next yr you need a back check to buy ammo

I question a lot of things, but sometimes we just have to play ball. Luckily your not interested in an AR, even if you could get one- associate ownership is a pain. It's the single platform with the most laws being changed/created to try an ban it. I've had mines for 4 years, still haven't shot the damn thing.

 

yeah it's so stupid. Once it goes into action, even if they saw that it didn't affect crime rates- they'll still think it's working.

My buddy has one I'll be bringing to the desert this weekend. Super fun to shoot you need to get out and fire that bitch you'll fall in love. I want one so bad but know they are hard to come by nowadays

 

oh I've shot them plenty, just not my own. Never caught much of my interest to be honest. Love everything about it, just doesn't tickle my fancy when I shoot it. Don't know if I'm just a young old man, but revolvers, lever actions, and shotguns are more fun personally.

 

I agree, that's why I own all above. Except a lever, that's next on my list. Just can't decide on caliber. 30/30, 45/70, 44Mag are all great. I've got a 930JM that hasn't been shot either. Seems I just pick them up when on sale, throw it in the safe and get side tracked with things.

 

Medical card doesn't show up on background check... doctor patient confidentiality and what not. If you tell them yes then that's on you

 

It will show up in the federal database though yea it is doctor patient confidentiality or how ever you spell that but it still goes into a database with my info that the feds have access to

 

The few times I've run into Johnny law and had to go to court, I expected it to get dismissed. They didn't because there was no record...
Called my rec doctor and he said they can't say shit unless u give permission and there wasn't a database with people in it unless you register for the rec id card. All records were paper and kept in their office. Could changed by now but if the court can't find it I'm sure feds don't have time to record everyone. Worth a try to go get a gun and say that you're not a patient. Worst will happen is you get denied and know for sure

 

This gives me and my wallet many bad ideas
