Anyone know if the truck will keep running if you lock the doors on push button start?

Don't know. Try it out and see what happens. Then post the results here.
Oh, and try to ignore the useless responses you will get.

Get out, use your valet key from inside the fob to lock your doors. You can set it up (or maybe it's by default?) to unlock/lock all 4 doors with one or two turns. It's obnoxious as hell, and I cannot figure out the logic behind not being able to lock your vehicle with the fob.

^^^ See above post. Warm my truck up like this all the time. It is a pain with the little key from the fob but it works.

I was hoping you could do it with out the key. Just hit the door handle!

^^^ Nope, in Toyota's wisdom you need to do as @SkolChipz describes.

@PJnc284 nailed it though. Depending on your confidence with wiring, you can put in remote start for $50-70 out of pocket on your own, or $130 for kit with support.
