Tuned header means ea primary pipe is the same equal length going into the collector


This is my Doug Thorley header , basically a TRI Y Design with merge collectors . This header shares #1& #4 cyl and cyls #2 & #3 . This design helps scavenge the exh pulse do You can make more hp especially with blower motors such as mine

Jesus yeah you have to know what you are doing with the material and the material thickness I have never welded steel thicker then 5/8ths and that was multipass mig, alum mig 1/2" tig 3/8 I would have to play A LOT to get beyond those thicknesses and to be honest I wouldn't unless I had someone who knew how to do it right there next to me .

@Kolunatic man i hope your eye gets better that sucks. I'd have wished you well earlier but the posts have been smoking on here tonight. I've had some eye issues before and they suck

 

@Mike , I finally pulled that Antigravity Battery out of the box, checked it out and charged it up. Any tips or warnings on how/where to store it?

 

I sure can tell they work pretty well. they're a big difference over stock anyway
