Prinsudesign???

I placed an order for the cab rack through the site back in November, and was told by Zach that my order would be shipped in 2-3 weeks from nov 18. Im getting a little worried cause i haven't received an order update nor am i getting any responses from their site??

.. last I heard (Christmas) his daughter was in the hospital. In any event, he's plenty active on here and it doesn't sound like you tried to contact him through the forum before making this thread or looking at his recent posts that talk about lead times, delays in production and life setbacks like I mentioned in the first sentence.

OP has zero posts in the @zscott PrinsuDesigns subforum or any Prinsu threads, so doubtful.

 

Yeah he's just gotten behind with his daughter being sick and the holidays. He's slow on updates but will get to you. Patience is required, he's a 1 man show.

 

Send me an email. zachscott@prinsudesign.com. I have responded to any emails I have received. It's likely it has shipped and you didn't get a notification or it is being boxed up now

 

I 2nd or 3rd whichever is the case that its best to use emails/PM's/Thread posts for best responses. It is a one man show. But a one man show that puts out a better designed product than most other fully staffed companies. I had difficulty getting responses from Prinsu in the past. This was because I was only using PM's not the other avenues. I understand that it can be frustrating but his product is top notch and specifically designed for our trucks and priced very competitively. Try using the previously mentioned avenues and I'm positive that he will respond in a timely manner. If it were me and I had a sick family member everything else would be thrown out the window. You will be very happy with his products, as everyone else has been. You rarely ever see them for sale. Patience is a virtue, but I understand your anxious feelings.

 

I placed an order around the same time period. Currently my Cab/Toprack are scheduled for delivery on Friday. I know he had some supply issues a while back, and has had a good run of bad luck at home lately. (So it seems)
What I can tell you is despite the massive amounts of orders and general crap life throws at him, Zach is still a stand up guy. If you placed an order you will recieve a great quality product from him. If you haven't heard from him shoot him another email. He does a good job at getting back to people.
Just remember he's got a very small operation and is likely building just as much product as any other big dog corporation. Be patient, be respectful, and good things will come. You have nothing to worry about as far as your order goes.
