Up at mule today, I saw the 6.2L JK (I think) hellcat conversion. Pretty sick looking rig...for a jeep. I can only imagine the ass load of power it brings with it

800hp. They've been building it (and apparently still are) since last June if not earlier. Made to be built to do desert races yet has a bolt in cage.. so not sure what the plans are for it.

Quite the popular event you've started, Brian!

If they are tryin to run it in a sanctioned race, it won't pass inspection with a bolt in cage, surely they know that!?!

As for the weekend warrior,I'd take a spin in it though. Phil was sayin the conversion was done with South Dakota, did the owner just pay a company to do all the work?

Number 11 has a factory elocker in da rear. Currently working on the front, but that's a whole different ballgame when it's time. I also have a front winch and all recovery accessories

They want to race it in the future so not sure why they messed with a bolt in cage..

Yeah. The owner is incredibly wealthy..

Well, not to take away from a nice vehicle, but I get less impressed by "bought" over built trucks.

    :pout:
