It's got a cop motor, a 440-cubic-inch plant. It's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. It's a model made before catalytic converters so it'll run good on regular gas.

    Hey guys,

ive been on a quest to find the perfect Bed Cover for me.

i used to have a trifold on my old 05 tacoma Long bed that i would take off in 1 minute with the wing nuts and leave in the garage when i loaded up my dirtbike for riding.

With my new 2017 short bed... i need to put more thought into it.
i want a locking bed cover as i plan to use the bed to store more little things and with the locking tailgate it makes sense now.

    My 2 options are:

    Retrax Pro MX:

Biggest CON for me: the canister takes up like 6 inches in the front of the bed and i am afraid to put the tire up against it and even then will the bike even fit on the tailgate?
if anyone has experience with a short bed, retractable bed cover, and dirt bikes chime in PLEASE? :annoyed::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::rolleyes:

    BAK Revolver X2

Biggest CON: it protrudes from the top of the bed like 4 - 6 inches when rolled up so i might have the same problem or i can scoot the bike up closer and put a wheel chock on a wood board across the front of the bed for when i go riding... i think that might give the bike enough room to fit straight.

Gotta be straight cause i often transport 2 bikes...
appreciate anyone with a short bed and bikes to give some advice!

    Thanks guys!

Where are you in CO? I'm about 20min north of Colorado Springs and took the plus bike out for a lap in the fresh powder and it was amazing.

I hoping to get out on some groomed trails this year I'll have to go out of state for that.t Nothing is groomed where I live. Unless you consider 6 guys with snow shoes cutting trails groomed. You have some nice bikes.

I recently got a bed extender for my (short bed) Tacoma. I have a Yakima Ridgeback 4 hitch mount, but I can't use it with the tailgate down. Anyone have any solutions for that. I'd like to take my bike camping at some point but with everything loaded up, I might need to use the bed extender as well. Thanks!

Check out these bedside rail mounts I got from Softtopper- I do miss having my hitch rack as I didn't have to take the front wheel off but this opens up so much space for the bed and it'll let you use your bed extender.
