Depends on the restaurant. Some will permit concealed carry weapons. I haven't seen one that allows openly carried ones though.

 

I would think in Austin you couldn't carry in any store/restaurant as liberal as that place is. No homo.

 

Most of the time a "no guns allowed" isnt legally binding, all they can do is ask u to leave if they see a weapon, at that point if u dont u are trespassing. Government buildings are about the only ones that have legal merit. This may vary a little state to state but its pretty much how it works most places from what i understand

Some places are clear about no guns period, but most will allow concealed as long you're legally carrying.

Here's a change of topic, how can my 9 year old Saturn before the Tacoma have height adjustable seats but the Tacoma doesn't? Just drove it to clean it out and it was nice being able to adjust the height of the seat.
