    We're on the move NorCal TW!

    California has been all I've known, but the time has come for us to relocate! Wife and I are headed to Texas! House going on the market in approx 15 days.

    We're headed for more affordability, with the opportunity to save more for retirement, and travel and enjoy life outside of work.

    Not sure what the hell it'll be like, but we're all in! :goingcrazy:

    Old boss told us property tax is higher than here....but, on the flip side, no state tax, overall less expensive cost of living. They gotta make up the difference somewhere!
