Yeah. I'm preparing for my mid life(or third of a life?) crisis within the next five years. Probably why I haven't settled down and bought a house.

Likely. For sure camping when I'm at Yellowstone. The rest is negotiable. I've been offered couches/beds along the way. May do airbnb for a hot shower here and there, depending on weather.

I did. 6k miles trip this summer, then a 3300 mile trip this Dec.
Probably doing yosemite, Tahoe, San Fran, and the Redwoods this summer depending on when my kids go to summer camp.

    Huge fan of road trips!

I did Orlando to Seattle in three, maybe three and a half days about 10 years ago. It's the only time I ever left the south. I figured I'd take 2 weeks off and do SC to Yellowstone to Vegas to Texas to SC. With random stops in between. My cousin in Chicago may be interested in tagging along now. And it'd be nice to have a copilot. I'll just continue to plan as a solo trip until her butt gets in the truck. Haha.

Haha used to hate road trips. Did VA Beach to Oceanside, CA in 2 1/2 days and it sucked.

Road trips are life now that I have time to enjoy things lol

I agree and I know this as fact that the more "white" populated parts of Mexico from Baja to Puerto Penasco are by no means an accurate depiction of the Mexican culture.
My spanish is based around food and the basics and I know that it really should be more by now.

Im glad to hear from friends in other countries when they state that most Americans arent all the same and every culture has their asshole. America is more of a 60/40 asshole to human ratio. Ill let you decide which one is the 60%

Might have to hit Vancouver / Portland again and drive down to the path to check it out. My grandpa lives in Eastern Idaho, could probably catch it there too

Completly agree with you on the 60/40 ration, and yes I know what the 60% is LOL!

You'll be good, have to let them know you speak spanish so you don't get rip off and if you're in a tourist city there will allways be someone who speak english.
