They look large enough, but I prefer not to have it on passenger side no matter size.

I tried a smaller one for when I tow the camper. But it was too small and far away to be really useful. I bought a larger clip on one, but that broke loose blew off on the freeway. So I just use the regular mirrors now...

I just purchased a 2017 Rav4 Platinum edition with BSM and it is very useful. I was doing some Lane changes the other day in my Tacoma and was looking for my little warning. I am seriously considering replacing my driver side mirror.

    Thanks for the write up.

Hi guys, I am wondering if someone can help me out. My parts guy up here in Canada can order these for me but needs a VIN for a RAV4 that came factory equipped with these mirrors. I know VIN's are all over the web but just can't find one. So far this is the info I have found. I have tried a few VIN's but the part number comes up different. It has to be an American RAV4 as the RAv4's here are not sold with this type of mirror. Can anyone help a brotha out? :)

Would a VIN from a US market vehicle work with your parts guy?

Does Toyota offer these mirrors including BSM?

Look at the 3rd picture of the outside of the driver side. You can see the convex mirror in the upper corner.

Why not just order online and have shipped to Canada? I know of a online Toyota dealer that will ship up here if you need.

With shipping and our poor dollar to Canada it's comes out to a lot more. I have good relationship with my local dealer and I get outstanding prices. I will though if I have to.

Yep it hurts lol. I usually order a number of things and then have it shipped to Washington. I'm in BC so I just drive over to pick stuff up.... shipping to Canada can be crazy!

I'm in Canada as well and have been trying to track down these mirrors, although my dilemma is according to two separate dealers there are none of these mirrors in North America. They both stated that without any indication I had already been informed, with a wait of up to two months! Not sure what to make of that, but I did not need a VIN.

Not sure if any 2nd gen owners peek in here but OEM convex mirrors from 2016 Sienna L and LE trims are factory equipped.
Since those trim levels and 2nd gens don't have factory heated option the glass mirror replacements are cheaper.
    P/N 87903-08070 RIGHT
    P/N 87906-08070 LEFT
each list at $40 and avg price is $30 each.
