    I'm on it but I don't keep up with it. I only use it to count the macros of my current meal plan. Whenever I make a change I use it again but I don't log it everyday and I never log my workouts :notsure:

    They are off. This new update screwed something up to wear even with them off I get that little red dot anytime someone does anything that's on my friends list.
