What would cause vibration after clutch install?

V6 , seems vibrate at all speeds from 25mph to about 70mph. Shifts fine have noticed som clunking in backend when moving slow. If I'm moving down the road and engage the clutch it stops vibrating. I thought maybe is was the pilot bushing. The mechanic said he replaced that.

Is vibration in the seat of your pants or steering wheel? First thing comes to mind is the driveshaft was not put back in the way it came out,, it's out of "time".

Flywheel resurfaced as part of the job?

    Driveshaft replaced properly?

Transmission mount torn during work process?

    Any other driveline work done?

You might look at the drive shaft front to back. Does it look correct at the tran, carrier bearing, slip joint and rear pin. Yes, like stated above, is it balance correctly. Look online for clips on youtube on how to do that. It is really important to have it balanced. This is a easy free do it yourself fix if not correct.

You can DIY balance a driveshaft? That's new to me. I'll have to check that out.

    Thanks folks,
    The fly wheel was resurfaced.
A ton of info...my first thought was driveline! Thanks for the diy driveline balancing. I'll check some of the other points and get back to. Thanks much!
