large caravans are fun sometimes. But I haven't done a group larger then 5 in a long time. 3-4 is about ideal I think.

Though nothing wrong with 1-2. Done that tons as well.

    We shall wheel some day.

But keep freaking dreaming on wheeling with Jon.

Valid point. It's probably a little over-optimistic to think he'll make it down to Colorado and actually finish a trail that isn't just a dirt FS road. :luvya:

Both are good trails, but Holy Cross is better. Do that if you can only do one.

FWIW, Chainman's has gotten progressively harder the last several years I've done. I would not take your rig on it, even with taking all the bypasses.

We'll make it happen one way or another. Over/under on Monte's rig being drive-able isn't that good though. :p

Yeah, as soon as I hit, "post reply" I instantly thought "wtf was I thinking?"

His '81 left a trail of oil in my mulch. Only his truck could shit so much oil that it actually stains brown mulch.

hey i'll have all of you guys there as my pit crew. What could possibly go wrong? :p

Hopefully we can make it more then just a single trail run. Would like it to be a smaller multi day trip. Shall have to see.

Yeah, he texted me the story because I kept texting, "you home yet?"

I was concerned about the 2 quart per 100 mile oil leak, little did I know his electrical would shit the bed.

And since I'm such a good friend... I kicked him in the balls when he was down by texting, "if only you had a reliable Tacoma...."

Yea and come to think of it, I progressively got faster in speed with each explosion. Minus the roll over. Haha

    Super slow for Poughkeepsie.

    Slow for first LBJ

    Fast for second

    Really fast for the diff.
