    I searched several different ways but couldn't find an answer. Can the fog lights be wired to stay on with the high beams?

    I can turn on my fogs with drls alone. factory switch does that.

    NO. US Federal Law does not allow fog lights (or driving lights) to function with High Beams. Same deal for aftermarket light bars.
