Bosch clean cut. I rounded the top edge with the router, so wasn't to concerned about the top edge, and had a clean cut out the bottom too. It's 1.5 thick. I used the tracksaw to plunge the straights.

So we're basically ready to start drilling and grouting our rebar uprights and seismic hold down redi rod into the rock , we'll likely start that on Monday

We also need to powerwash the stone where the concrete will be , I'm leaning towards doing that after we grout in the rebar and redi rod so the drill holes don't fill with mud and / or gravel , its kinda weather dependent too , the soil that is still present on the bedrock is frozen , supposed to warm up starting Sunday but thats bringing rain , out of the freezer and into the shower lol

How many yards will that pour be? Looks like 30 or better...which I have no clue how you do the math on something like that ...with the ups and downs.

Haven't even calculated it yet , its not too hard to allow for the extra volume , I just have to measure height per foot of run more frequently than on a consistent height or stepped wall

They aren't boulders its continuous rock , ie north america

I measure pour height inside the forms and make a list , like so many lineal feet at 4' , so many lineal feet at 3'6" , so many lineal feet at 3' etc , then just calculate the total volume , add a bit for the pumper hopper and usually add a 1/2 yard or yard for any underages depending on the size of the job , probably be able to get a pretty accurate measure on this job so I would likely add 1/2 yard to my final calculation which is peanuts compared to the build cost

The foundation will be a compacted infill and then a heated slab inside , the top of the foundation wall is the same height as the finished slab inside , the top of the foundation wall will get a cast in styrofoam edge band that acts to insulate the heated slab and that will act as our pour height strip
