I have 3 taped up leads on my 2017 trd pro .They are by the battery, and rest on top of the inner fender == See attached pictureIMG_8600.jpg

These are common grounding spots. Keep it tight and don't let it corrode and you'll be good. Any other accessories you add can be grounded at this point also, if accessible. There should be other locations with grounding lugs like this to the body and chassis.

Toyota uses WHT/BLK as ground wires throughout the vehicle.

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
You'll have to un-tape them. If those B/W wires are in the taped up leads then they are grounds....as stated before.

They look like plugs/jacks of some sort.... I don't have them on my 16 Sport. I bet they are for extra lighting... that would be handy!

I think those need to be connected in order to get the Super Harmonic Inline Torque (S.H.I.T) feature in the rear diff to go off.

It produces a nice 400hz tone when activated.

I noticed those some leads on my TRD OR when installing my HID's. Not sure what they are for.

Did you try putting a test light or meter on them to see if they are powered wires?
