    ive got a friend down in the Bahamas that loves swimming with them. theyre actually pretty tame in the water (until you step on one) and pretty cool.

    I haven't heard that one in particular but it makes complete sense. lucky his guys new how to dead reckon and take into account currents. that's a nightmare.

    yea ive seen some of his stuff. the ocean is deep dark scary place! the deep ocean is my dream place. so much undiscovered stuff lurking down there. im still waiting on my chance to jump on a submersible and do some deep diving!

    His latest picture was something about "dinosaurs aren't dead, they just went hiding below the water." One freaky ass fish in that picture along with every other picture he's posted. He posted one "shark" that looks exactly like the aliens we used to all see on TV.

    yea lampreys are pretty terrifying creatures. and that other one looks strikingly similar to a ribbonfish that we catch (trichiurus lepturus) and that one one the bottom left looks like the missing link between a flatfish and normal fish haha. his damn eye has only moved halfway to the "normal" position
