In 2016 Petaluma didn't make the top 100. Still an awesome and safe place to live, but a few crimes can skew the ratings. A homeless dude waved a gun around at a sports bar in Benicia (Bottom of the 5th) last year. Some unarmed locals rushed him and someone was shot. Probably why it slipped to 90.

Met a Vallejo detective at a kid's birthday party. He interviews a lot of criminals. The crooks tend to stay out of Benicia because of the very active police force that they dubbed "The Forcefield". Also water to the south and east, hills/ rural area to the north, and state part to the west.

I used to manage a beverage company here with a large territory of accounts, and had maybe half a dozen bars in Benicia alone. I spent a lot of time in the field, pretty much went to or through Solano county every day for 7 years.

 

Lucca was the cleanest, seconded only by the Benicia Vets Hall.

 

I thought it was Home Depot truck transporting a huge shed...nope, shed built on a truck lol

 

Is there anyone in here that owns a 1st Gen?
