I havent had a chance to work on the first gens yet, but will hopefully be able to start on it in the next couple of weeks. It should be a little quicker this time since I'm getting the hang of measuring these things out.

Nice job on the red backplate!

Well, I waited too long to install it to get pics...its too dark outside. It looks badass by flashlight though!

I'll get some pics up tomorrow!

The factory skid looks like a total hunk of crap side by side with this thing!

If all things go well, Miller should be bringing my finished plate to the meet on Saturday. You can check it out and see if it suits you.

Be sure to bring a piece of aluminum/steel and some epoxy, with whatever color of rustoleum suits you to make the backplate if you have a cutout.

For sure. The backplate was a damn good idea. I'm thinking I'll try silver...

That looks like a really great skid. I'm definitely interested. I was thinking of buying the skid from my local dealer, but this one blows the stock skid away. Will wait for the next round of orders.

Did you use spray on self bed liner or have it done somewhere?

I dropped it off with a truck shop. They had it about a week. The guys said if I left it until he sprayed someones bed, he could use the same container of liner to do my skid. I went for that deal and he only charged me $30.

Hey guys, I talked to the bedliner today and he said he could do it for 45 bucks. I wont mark it up any as an incintive to go with my plates. However to keep it at that price they typically need to be ordered in groups of 4, with an exception here and there.

I offered the powdercoat at 40 so this is just an additional 5 for the liner, which I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

I am currently taking down orders for the next batch. I will be putting the order in about a week or two from now, depending on how many people order in that time.

    Here's the pricing break down
    PM for pricing updates

If you are in the Houston or Shreveport, La area... local pickup is an option.

PM me if you would like me to put you down for the order or have any questions.

The plate weighs 29 lbs without any cut outs. We took a scientific measurement yesterday at a taco wrench meet :)
