    Yes. Once theyre dried, they can be in storage for up to 3 - 5 years before roasting them.

    Good luck Ramon! They are fairly easy to grow in warmer areas. When we first moved to Virginia I was surprised to learn that folks boil them. I haven't had the courage to try boiled peanuts, that just sounds terrible, but to each his own.
