    yes. also you need to check the torque on them after a couple thousand miles and with every tire rotation.

    Pry bar should do it. Pry and a little side-load tapping with a BFH should definitely work. Don't forget dad noises.

    I always use a flat pry bar or big flat head screw driver and a mini sledge and hit it out using those indented tabs on the cup

    Not sure about the gap. Definitely looks like it was in there further before. Did you do the ECGS bushing? It may be wider (by design) than the OEM bearing.
