Who did it?!? Someone beat me to a TRD grille eBay deal.

    Ok who was it? I know it had to be someone on here. Just went on eBay to look around. Found a TRD grille with 2 broken tabs for sale for $169 plus shipping. Went to click buy and boom......it was sold. Lol

    just my luck right?


    Wrong.. Went back to same seller 15 mins later and they posted another with only 1 broken tab for $200 + shipping. Got that one!


    To anyone looking to get a TRD pro grille don't be afraid to check eBay if you're looking for one for cheaper.

    If not hit up the one and only Jordan @Titus_Will_Toyota and he can take care of you!

    Sorry bro. It was me. I just bought my 2017 Tacoma on 12/31 and saw that listing a couple days later. I mounted it today and even though the 2 tabs were broken it still mounted well. I drilled a couple holes in other places to run zip ties through for reinforcement. BTW I saw that one for $200 too that you ended up getting. Shipping was high though for mine at $67 but still a great deal.

    I bought one on eBay towards the end of November with 2 broken tabs for $150. The seller was great and shipping was fast. I highly recommend you all be aware of your options for places to buy things.

    I missed both of those by just a couple of minutes. Knowing those are out there, I can't bring myself to pay $400+ for a new one. I'm going to have to be patient and wait for the excitement to die down some. Patience isn't my strong suit either!

    Can you pay for stuff on eBay with a credit card without have a PayPal account?

    I've never had one and really don't want t to sign up for one. But I've had a vendor send me a link before where I could use PayPal's interface to use my credit card for a payment without having to create any accounts


    Cause if I can sniper on of these for around $150... I might have to do it

    Yeah you should be able to. You also could contact the seller and see if they take credit cards over the phone or something.

    Yes but some auctions and sellers are Paypal only. Contact the seller and they should be able to work with you.

    Not sure why you dont want a paypal account. Its free and probably the safest most secure way to pay for things.

    That's for sure had to file a few claims with them because of bad eBay purchases. Every time I got my money back. I believe if you send money as "family" they don't charge you a fee. At least that's what I have been told.

    I agree with a seller charge, but I was also hit up for a transaction fee, with no transaction alternatives. Sounds like things have changed.

    You also have no recourse if the deal goes south. Also, the fees are eaten by the seller, not the buyer.
