Finally finished front rack build. And one pic of my trailer build.

 

Disassembling the driver side dash is fairly easy and I'd opt to do that over yanking the rings out, as they have 3-4 clips a piece on the rear, and I'd be very careful not to scuff or scratch the already tender dash plastic.

Finally got around to installing a couple stocking stuffers from the GF.

Trailer plug relocate bracket made by @bullaculla. High quality piece. Definitely happy with it.



Also installed a set of JDM Astar led reverse bulbs from Amazon.

Finally got around to wrapping my steering wheel and oh shit handles in paracord. I originally started with the braid look that most people do but soon realized I didn't like it so I went with just a simple flat wrap around and I couldn't be happier! Next up is the door grab handles.

 

Got truck aligned. Changed rear diff fluid and greased zerc fittings. Now I have to try to get middle bearings replaced under warranty because of vibrations in front I think according to tsb

 

Rolled the odometer past 100,000 miles today.

 

Put on some 4x sliders today

 

Well I finally joined the 2nd Gen Club (Actually it was last week but I've been too busy to post it)! 2013 TX Off Road with 10,900 miles on it when I drove it off the lot. It was a one owner truck which spent its whole life in Truckee California, serviced at the dealership I got it from with all of the records for it. So far I love the truck and I don't miss having the double cab. I might be one of the only people who had a 2016, sold it for school, got a full time position instead and decided to get a used 2nd Gen the second time around. I do miss my old truck and the interior/features of the 2016 but I love the 4.0 and transmission way more! If the 3rd Gen had the 4.0 it would have been perfect. The truck came with the tool box, the swing out storage containers and a matching 5th wheel.

Sorry for the crappy pictures, it has continued to snow since I got it. The Subaru is my commuting car, which happens to be a beast in the snow and the MPG's are fantastic.



The dealership put on some brand new Yokahama Geolander AT's that have done very well through snow and ice and will last long enough to save up for my lift (hopefully King's) and then get some bigger meatier tires.

Up next will be some @RelentlessFab sliders and skids. Bumper will come after the lift. A top priority is replacing the ugly chrome grille with a colormatched TRD PRO one or at least one from a sport. Any suggestions for the best place to get one?

Nice looking truck! If you're just looking for a color matched grille surround, Camelback (vendor on here) is the cheapest.

 

Welcome! Access cabs are great! I went from a crew cab silverado to my access cab and really haven't regretted it much. Anyways good looking truck man!

Thank you! Yeah I couldn't even remember if I ever had anyone in the backseat of my other truck (sold it in July) so this time I went with the access cab. Now once I get a shell I'll be able to sleep in the bed.
