I've had a lot of issues. Posted probably every single one of my service records at some point to document them. Now people just hate me because I'm not a fanboy. A lot of folks have been banned for talking trash on both sides. I'm trying to keep it objective without name calling those I dont agree with.

While you may have your complaints about the truck, you still provide a lot of good, subjective info to others. I have found a ton of really useful information posted by you with no remarks about your issues or immediately after a negative remark to still provide valuable information to other members questions/issues.

@Yotathegreat - is your planned TRD OR an auto or manual? That makes some difference on which mats to get. I have had Weathertechs and now Husky. I like the Husky mats better. Both are better at protecting the truck than factory mats. If you go manual you can pick from Weathertechs or Husky Weatherbeaters. Automatics can pick from Husky X-Act Contour, Husky Weatherbeater, or WeatherTechs. The rear mats are the same auto or manual - so you can't go wrong there. I got the X-Act Contours for the rear of my truck because I liked the more rubbery texture (wish they made them for the manual fronts).

Forget it... not even worth all this mess. At this point it obvious what the mods want.

No where was it a "blunt" response. I offered honest help. Obviously, wasnt a jerk about it. But take it however you want.

    Good luck all!

Shall it be called how it is? Is it due to not being a fan boy or due to irrelevant twaddle that has been posted by you on a regular basis?

    1. Weather tech would be better than the factory floor mats. However, I have heard better things about the husky contour liners.

    2. Clazzio seems like the one that is most popular that I've seen, but I have not personally had any experience with any of them.

    3. TRD PRO or BAMF style raptor grill seems to be the most popular. My preference would be the trd pro grill.

We aren't everywhere every time. We don't see everything and catch every post. Most of what we rely on is what's brought to our attention.

Something brought me here. Something was brought to our attention and I was the one who took a look.

We don't lurk and see every thread and post. We respond when we are notified. When we do, we respond as we see appropriate. Sometimes it's not as popular as expected.

I'm not going to argue the finer details of recommending the "search" sugggestion to new members when other optional responses are available

    I'm sorry, who are you?

Telling someone to search and following up wth a comment about a nice truck is respectful?

Sorry your feels aren't too thick and you feel that the suggestions to stay away from TW are based on baseless accusations but you choose to defend the first responsding poster who says to search without offering suggestions but defend every other poster on the forum for suggesting the same thing without moderator response.

    Can I say...GFY

Nope. Just every time you post we are alerted to it. Yes, you've reached that level...no, we don't have time for it.

That happened to me with a large ass McDonald's sweet tea...I turned a sharp left and it took a sharp right. Flooded my passenger side floor and ran into the rear cab. This happened in my previous truck.

BTW I like the Weather Tech. Very rugged.

Anyways, I got the OEM floor mats and like them a lot. I've been going back and forth between the classio covers and katzkin recovers. These aren't necessarily a good choice for a lot of heavy work use being leather and all. Aftermarket grills, I'm looking at customcargrills ATM but haven't pulled the trigger.
