K so, off topic of the conversation right now.

I have been getting terrible gas mileage lately, like before I could go 60 miles before I got to the 1st line, now sometimes I look down and I'm like 30ish and then 80 miles at half.

Is this just cause "winter blend" gas or something else?

I clean my MAF with maf cleaner or whatever. I have been saying I'm going to go see if it throwing any codes but haven't yet.

Any tips?

 

Same here as of late, I'm attributing it to winter fuel, carrying about 500lbs in snow and ice, and being in freezing temps so often.

I didn't even think about the extra weight... duh. I've had like 400ish pounds of sand in the bed... and it's been pretty cold.

I was thinking maybe an O2 censor or something.

 

In my case extra weight isn't easy, plus deep snow makes it work hard to maintain speed. I know before the snow my truck was in good mechanical shape so I think it's just the weight and fuel. Plus I warm it up a lot cause it's in the negatives when I go to work

AT monitoring is huge for me.

 

I think thats a silly thing to say. AT temps are pretty damn relevant to all with an AT. And ultra gauge doesn't do that.

Doesn't sound like Winter blend issues. That's usually 10-15% drop Even 20% is unlikely. I'd check the above suggestions.

You broke it. Scan gauge only makes sense if you're running an auto and are sentimental for the days of dot matrix printers.

 

Just got a new tint on my windows other things I've done are posted earlier in the thread.

 

^ Your Tint looks good. I removed mine after a ticket and a few close encounters at night though.
