That does look like shit fitment. Perhaps they'll conform better over time. For what it's worth, my Weathertech mats were a 100% perfect fit straight from the box; love them.

^ This and that's why I got rid of my Weathertecs after 2 years of use. They were slick as hell especially during the deep freeze conditions of a prairie winter. They looked like crap after a couple of months with boot scuffs which you could not get out even with a solid scrubbing.

I subsequently sold them on Kijiji and purchased the Maxpider 3D mats (front and rear on my access cab). Cheaper than the Weathertec's, fit well, have a nice texture that provides grip even in the cold of winter, are pliable even in the cold of winter and a quick scrub with a pressure washer or brush with soap makes them look brand new.

I've had these for over 2 years and they still look new when I clean them. I love them, and having seen them in my truck, I've had 6 people that I know buy them for their vehicles.

OP - this picture shows how my old Weathertecs fit too. I was not impressed and got rid of them. Replaced them with Maxpider 3D's (see message #22 in this thread for further information)

Mine fit like the OP's (Pic #3) and after 2 years the fitment did not improve. Got rid of them for that reason, they were slippery (especially in winter) and they scuffed to hell and looked poor after a couple months (even after solid scrub downs with Spray 9 cleaner)

You can get them on Amazon - I also know that up in Canada, Costco and Partsengine.ca also carries them.

Here is another thread showing better pics of the fitment.

Here is a pic laden thread comparing Findways (Maxpider rebrands) and Weathertechs and what they look like after heavy use and then washing. This thread convinced me to take the chance to buy the Maxpiders having no prior experience with them

Not sure if they make them for the 3rd Gen yet.

I have x contours in my at Tacoma. I like them over the huskies because they are more rubber like versus the plastic like weather techs. Also the huskies don't slip on the passenger side due to the nut and feet on the bottom of mats. If I were you I'd wait and see when a manual version comes out, they're worth it...

Damnit, today was the first time it rained since I got the weathertechs and I almost fell out of my truck because I had no traction on the mat and slipped.
