Riaz actually wore shoes today.

 

Some places were way less challenging than Gilmer. Today was sort of interesting because the rain and fog made things more difficult. Created some very deep mud holes and made everything super slick.

 

Gilmer is pretty easy besides a few trails. Most tacos just with a locker can do the 4-5* trails.

I have dirt kings on the truck .. the LSKs are in a box in my garage waiting for a new owner.

I was hoping the LCAs were still on Kase's truck. I have been pondering about buying it.

No. I probably won't get it. I thought he had upgraded LCAs and Coilovers.

I think I will look for an older Toyota that has already been V8 swapped.

I'm thinking about selling my truck, buying a Lexus LX470 for my wife and a beater truck for me. Then I will make my wife's Camry my DD.

I'm super tired this morning. I need to go fix my antenna and probably wash at least some of the mud off the Runner but I'm thinking I'll probably just get food and be lazy a bit longer.

Wash? Dirt and mud is the right of passage. You have to leave it on there for a few weeks

 

I don't want to wash it, at all, but I figured I might need to check for damage. At this point the only thing I know I messed up is the antenna and brushing too close to trees and mesquite bushes because the trails were real narrow at some points. I'm not sure how my roof rack is even still attached and last I checked there was a bunch of sticks inside it I ripped off going through.
