After doing some looking and thinking, and price comparing etc. Etc.

I ordered the tepui autana in Siberian camo. I found it on Amazon for 1675 with 50.00 shipping.(100 bucks less than tepui would ship for.) and I had about 250 bucks of amazon cards gathered up from various times that I added together. Tepui doesn't seem as common as the cvt on Tw but I did read a lot of great reviews on other forums as I was bouncing around trying to make up my mind...

Its 56" wide model. I thought about getting the one with the sky panels but figured its just more things to potentially have problems with.... I also am gonna put it on my truck for now and see how I like it there. Thanks to @a.smo for mentioning he was wanting to build a different rack to make some extra room in his annex I have a good way to try this thing out!

@Seabass has a tepui I think and he said he uses his all the time and actually found his used. So it seems like they hold up well. We shall see!

Is a RTT really that much of a step up from a tent? I love the idea but I've moved to a pop-up camper and not sure I can ever go back. I'm getting soft.

Love my Tepui, don't post a lot about it, but I slept in it 22 nights total last 6 months. Half of the nights were just driving up to the rim and sleeping for about 6 hours before the sun comes up and I can fish, def easy to use for that, camping, or road trips, and lots of people like checking them out.

Yes, def is a huge step up. Would say a pop up is generally more comfy, but then you have to tow it and store it....
