I enjoy veggies too, I'm actually a veggie snob lol

 

I have a 1 car garage. And when its 125* here and such I like my red paint on my truck to be out of the sunlight because it about melts it off here in AZ. a pop up would just crumble if it hadn't already....lol.


So that's what led me to an RTT as I was in your spot for a long long time.

 

I'd rather not eat veggies vs eating subpar veggies.

Prime example: I don't eat iceberg lettuce, like ever. Give me something else or nothing.

Also don't eat canned or frozen veggies.

Prime veggies I eat on the reg:

Asparagus
Sweet potatoes
Corn
Green beans
Squash
Salads, esp spinach ones
Zucchini
Peppers

 

Sounds like the right decision! Maybe I'll sack up and ditch the camper eventually. Or just say YOLO and get a 4wheelCamper

 

That 4 wheel camper sounds nice huh!?

 

Yeah supposedly 6'4" headroom so I'm gonna get inside one and see how cramped it feels. I'm 6'4" myself so I'll be cutting it close. I also considered one of the cheaper slide ins first to see if I like it. I go back and forth. It's a ton of money but they sell fast so could always buy used, travel around for a year and then sell it.

 

I'm 6'3" and our James Baroud has 6'8" of length. I can lay down and put my arms above my head.



We keep all our bedding and pillows inside, so if we decide to go camping, we toss the boxes of gear in the bed and drive away. It also sets up in about 90 seconds. We arrived at camp one night in the snow at 3am. Had both dogs, Lisa and myself inside under the blankets within 3 minutes of stopping the truck. And we can take it anywhere the truck fits. This went with us on Elvis trail, and has bombed desert washes all over.
We loved the idea of a trailer for its comforts and utility, but in the end a trailer just can't go where want to or as fast.

That's funny. I just got that news aswell. So far I quit smoking. Gave soda. No more fast food. And I am eating more chicken and turkey. But I ain't giving up the bacon either

 

I was so opposed to RTT's that when we did elvis I was wondering what that thing was...

About that day was when I saw how capable and how much versatility was there with them which is what sparked my interest. Lol.

 

Yeah I could see it getting cramped real fast! But I think I could handle it
