These are along the lines of what I had in mind for the front of the coin. The center portion could have whatever design element that people agree on. I like @TinyTech626 design for the back.

Please pardon my rudimentary skills with design work, only working powerpoint for this.

    Attempt one.

This is actually similar to what I was thinking as well. The only thing I keep having a hard time is something universal for the center that represents TW.

Same thing here. I'd like to have something that represents TW, but what would that be?

The only thing I keep coming back to are the devil horns toyota symbol because it actually originated here. Only issue I have with that is just by itself it's just too simple of a design to fill that space, I have the same issue with the big T. That's just my thinking others may like it that way.

Maybe a large TW design for the center? This is the best I can do, but was thinking of the TW intertwined together.

I like where you're headed with this, my only suggestion & I know you may not be able to do it right now is use the same fonts as the banner.
As far a center I like the TEQ, its kinda boring but there's also the current Toyota logo, it is on the banner.

Or how about the old "T"? Not this color obviously. Haha

I'm using powerpoint, and can't find anything that fits the font here. That was my thinking as well, should match the font from here.

Capt's idea was a TW themed coin. I'd be ok with it if the devil horns originated here as mentioned. But i'd rather keep it to just TW theme if possible. Just my opinion.

Inner part needs some sort of design or dimension. It could be divided into 3rds or quarters.. I don't know.
