Ha! I was thinking the same. When I was doing flight training the only way I could really distinguish between a nice and crappy panel was whether the CDI had the old blue and yellow arcs or looked nice with displays like in the picture. Two glide slope needles was like hitting the jackpot. :)

What else do you need, standard six pack, and based on that GI106, she might even be a /G :)

    Indeed... only the best :)

Well true :) That old Narco NAVCOM talking to NAV2 is still ticking after the 3rd rebuild in 3 years

    Congrats!

/G/S for sure but definitely not a /B for ICAO...

Not going to happen until Spring Break. I was just getting this out of the way so it's one less thing to worry about

I hate getting in mine and getting setup... once I'm in flight it doesn't feel as cramped.

GNS430 non-waas. Planning an upgrade pretty soon with a 650 and some other goodies.

This Mooney is a far cry above what I started in for sure. We are going to put a few grand into the panel and interior so it looks as good as the paint... lol

Agreed. I didn't enjoy working on them either. Removing a rear mount governor is no fun.
