Tell me about it, lol. Looks like I'll be going to the store and getting one of those lawn sprinklers to put under the truck. My neighbors are going to love me!!!

That was more in reference to the "reason" why you cannot, currently, drive to the carwash.

I can't control the rain and where the mudholes are, and my alignment pulls me to the right.

Okay, it's been long enough Oscar.

Friday morning on the first trail, I decided not to take the bypass on Linda Gail at the end of trail. It had been raining all night so it was slick. With multiple rock shelves, a locked in rear axle and a little too much speed, I managed to get my rear end up and over but in the process when the back end came back down and finally got grip it ripped apart my ring and pinon. Not very pretty sounding at all. Jake towed me to the front where we dropped the rear diff armor, pulled the elocker hopping that was the issue but unfortunately it was not. We than pulled it back to camp so I could assess the situation more. This is about the time I started to drink...HEAVILY. I came to the realization that I didn't want to spend the money on another factory gear set so I called in a favor and had my buddy send a tow truck to come bring the truck back to the triangle.

Now the research begins as I look at replacing the gears with 4.56 or 4.88's and possibly ARB lockers.

And now you know, the rest of the story.

If youre planning on staying on 35's and DD it still i would go with 4.56's, if youre going to go bigger tires and dont care about mpg (not that its great with 4.56's) go 4.88's. And while youre at it just add the arb front locker, its night and day difference ;)

I know, had some stuff pop up friday morning and it was later before i woke up and then i had to work early sunday so i didnt want to drive up for just a day :(... Hopefully next time everything will work out and i'll make it :notsure:

Hoping someone got some good pictures of the trails as I just completely forgot too.

I posted whatever pictures I took in my build thread.
