What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Very happy with the way things turned out. Cherry on top - She fits in the garage with a couple inches of clearance from the garage frame (using an 11" bed rack)

 

This is what I did to my 3rd gen today.... ( well technically saturday night) a little trail rash and a busted tail light....

Thanks, I'll keep you in mind. Going to try a few local places first. Also have a buddy that works at the dealership that's hopefully pricing me single passenger. If it ends up yours would be cheaper shipped to me than me buying a single locally, then i'll do that.

Had my 1,500 service done today. What a joke, thank god it's free right now. $56 if it wasn't covered by our care bundle, otherwise it would worthless. All that is done is checking, from fluids to filters. Only thing that was actually done by a service person was tire rotation. I do not like that the service light comes on in the truck for this bs service at all.

 

You had a light for 1,500 miles?

 

I take it you meant 15,000 miles? I've just gone over 3 months, 2,650 miles and no Service Light yet....

 

My God that's a nice looking truck. I'm sure you have before but please provide lift and tire size spec., Spacers etc. Thanks!

 

Mine will get its stuff taken care of this Thursday and should have it back by Saturday. I'll keep you posted of the outcome when it happens!

That cover looks sweet on the truck! Is that the Retrax ProMX? I'm looking into getting that one for my truck, but was wondering if you had any issues with the space it takes up? Is there still room to put things under the front rollup area? If needed, is it possible to remove the entire cover to fit something in the truck, or is the cover not really meant to be removed? Also, if you wouldn't mind sharing, how much did the cover cost you? Looking to get it at a local dealer and would like an idea of how much they should be charging.

 

The stock TRD Off Road 16" wheel weighs 25.8 pounds

I didn't weigh the Method wheel. Saw something online as 22.9 pounds.

 

Added yellow Laminx Fog covers. I've had these on a few previous vehicles. For only $12 they add A lot of aesthetic bang for your buck
