Yeah but I'm wondering what size lift they are running. The one picture in this thread doesnt look like a 6" lift, but it looks higher then a 3" lift.

easy guys, everyone knows that you could easily put on 6" wheelspacers to make it look right. jeez.

In all seriousness thanks for the info. I'm sure there are a few of us who could use these to make a really sick looking ride.

Ya there seems to be a couple Debby Downers in this thread. If your not interested then leave and or get your facts straight before you leave a message.

The tires that they have in the original pic are 35x12,5R17”. Which means they are 12.5 inches wide. A 285 70 17 tire is about 11.5 inches wide so I think it would look great. Alot of people get these TA 35 flares mixed up with the TA 38 and the Hilux Flares wich are both bigger.

I'm going to contact Arctic trucks in the coming days and see what they can do as far as pricing and shipping.

I think the flares look GREAT! I'd be very interested if they became available at a reasonable price.

I also think the deep diish wheels are nice look too. Anyone know what kind of wheels those are?

For what it's worth, I also think that arrangements could be made to ship the flares at a reasonable cost.

The reason I say this is when the new Corvette Z06 came out in 2006, it had a wider stance due to flared front and rear quarter panels. It soon became known that the Z06 quarter panels would bolt on to a non Z06 Corvette. Thousands of people started buying the flared quarter panels for their Corvette. There is still a shop in Florida where if you sent the gas door off your Corvette to them, they'd guarantee to match your paint. So they would buy the quarter panels and ship them painted and ready to bolt on. Shipping was like $125 if I remember correctly.

Lets not get side tracked these are not the flares that we are looking at getting, its also not the same truck.

You can get one. learn to use the search option, Avid off road is who makes them.

I ended up calling them in Iceland and spoke to a person guy there who said that he would figure out a cost to send me a set.
He said he would email me the quote. He said that they are a fibreglass Fender flare.

One thing that I thought of is are these going to be hard to install? Sounds like we might have to take them to a body shop to get them put on??

    MAKE IT HAPPEN!
