A little write up on how I mounted my ARB 1250 awning to my Prinsu cabrack.
Started off by getting the hardware. You can buy it from lowes or Home Depot. I bought :
    (6) 1/4 x 5/8 x 1/2 stainless steel bushings
    (6) m6 1.0 x 40 bolts
    (6) m6 locking nuts
    (6) washers left over from my rack.
Here is where I mounted the bolts, 4 bolts in the top slots (circled in green) and 1 in each lower slot (circled in red).
    IMG_1113.jpg
Then put the awning up to the rack, put all the bolts in the correct slots, and mounted it up. Sits at a perfect height, and doesn't interfere with the doors what so ever. Only thing I could of done better was to remove the cross bars that were over the lower bolts as they were in the way and could of made it easier to get them on. Hope this helps! Now for some pictures.

Mounted my 2500 arb awning to my cabrack. It's a bit big, but I paid 250$ for the awning and room from a retired couple locally who used it twice to while traveling. Was originally going to purchase a 2000 but couldn't pass up the deal. Was hesitant because of the size and how much it sticks out past my cab, but we will be using the arb room attachtment as our sleeping quarters because I can't get my 100lb lab up in a rtt and the size of this thing outweighs the lengthy look. Lol

I was skeptical on the figment. Once I mounted it up, fit awesome! Zach did a good job designing it all. Fits like a glove.

I made some plates out of aluminum that bolt to the cross bars. Then drilled the plates for the maxtrax mounts. I need to get some stainless bolts...

For all you guys who put a good amount of weight on top.

You think it's safe for a couple 200 pound guys to sit up on the cabrac if the weight was distributed by a piece of plywood over the bars?

Mine came in today. Built and install time was about 2 1/2 hours. Installed myself. Just a little strength and body weight countering to get the rack on the roof so I didn't smash the roof.

    To start
    IMG_2186.jpg

I went to hammer the punch and found it not going as fast and easy as I'd like so I decided to bust out the vice which I had stored since I got rid of my work bench. made things a heck of a lot easier
    IMG_2182.jpg

    Holes line up perfectly
    IMG_2187.jpg

    Hope I used enough silicon

But got it finished. Now I just need to find time to take it over to my shop to get the Thule rails installed so I can put the top rack up.

    Thanks Zach!

PM incoming to you later tonight after I get cleaned up and find my order info. Have a missing item from my order

Yes. If you ever pull your headliner, you will see why. The holes go straight through the roof to the headliner.
